Emma has worked in the disability sector for over 8 years, supporting people with physical, behavioural, and intellectual disabilities. As a Service Coordinator, she is passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred support and helping individuals achieve their goals while ensuring high-quality care and services. When she’s not at work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Clint Irwin - IT Support
Clint brings a diverse background in IT, fieldwork, and hands-on roles. With a Cert IV in IT and 7 years as an Environmental Monitoring Field & Systems Technician, he joined the team in 2024 to oversee and optimise our IT systems. Known for his exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive approach, Clint thrives on tackling challenges, whether technical or practical, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.
Cindy Kehoe - Admin Team Leader
Cindy has been working in the care industry for almost 6 years with a background in support work in aged care. She also brings over 13 years of Admin experience to the team with her roots in Legal Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing waves on her long board, camping and watching movies with her husband.
Nicole Reichenberger - Administrative Assistant
Nicole brings a strong background in the care industry, having worked extensively with children, as well as in supportive administrative roles. She now provides dedicated support within our administrative team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting wherever needed. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys walks by the beach with her husband, drawing and painting, and spending time outdoors exploring nature, always finding ways to combine relaxation with creativity.
